– Planning customer development, revenue and periodic performance reports;
– Find out the market demand for logistics services;
– List and approach potential customers to introduce the company’s logistics services;
– Consulting import and export service packages, shipping & forwarding solutions, quotation, negotiating and signing service contracts with customers;
– Coordinate with the departments in the company to monitor and update the goods situation and information to customers on a regular and timely basis;
– Continued after-sales care, coordinating with other parts of the company to resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and suggestions if any;

– Have at least 1 year experience in logistics service business
– Understanding international trade and logistics;
– Have skills in communication, negotiation and problem solving;
